Fantastic experience, even for someone like me, who compared to some others in the group, has an easy approach to life. A nice break from a hectic everyday life. Especially the meditation was good. Some yoga exercises I will practice, others not. A really good collective experience with the other participants and the tranquility and beauty of the place, and many sounds, scents, and weather certainly contributed too. But without Anne, it would not have been possible.
